THE PLAN IS SIMPLE
Start with your date, venue and guest count. Choose your supplier and exact product counts, then request water, a sign or ribbons. Basic serving supplies are included.
We check availability and talk through products, quantities, venue access and any cold-storage needs. Your personalised quote sets out the rental and the extras you’ve chosen.
Once the quote and booking are agreed, we deliver and hand over to your adult host. We leave during the event and return for collection.

07 / THE FINE PRINT (MADE SIMPLE)
We deliver and set up the vintage bike, show your responsible adult host what to do, leave during the event and return to collect. There's no attendant or scooping service.
Choose classic cups, fruit pops, Italian ice, frozen tubes, snacks or super premium ice cream from local craft brands. Gelato is available by request. All food is prepacked; exact products, labels and availability are confirmed before booking.
Bike rental starts at $200, including standard setup and collection. Choose frozen or sweet & salty treats, not a combination. Frozen rentals add a flat $25 dry-ice fee (including frozen treats you bring yourself). For example, 50 classic cups estimate $300, while 50 super premium 6 oz cups estimate $525, before travel and tax. Our supplied treats start at 50 items. A written quote confirms the final price.
Yes. Select Bring Your Own when requesting a quote. We'll agree on permitted items, packaging, serving supplies and appropriate storage before confirming your setup.
The bike is delivered and collected around your event. The first 40 combined driving miles are included; additional travel is quoted after we check the actual route. Tell us your preferred rental window, but frozen storage time, power and weather plans must be approved before we confirm the event.
A responsible adult host must stay with the bike and follow handoff and monitoring instructions. We verify parking, access, level placement and any electrical or weather-related requirements together after your inquiry.
Service is planned from January 4, 2027, subject to launch readiness. The online form starts a conversation—it doesn't reserve a date or charge your card. Booking, payment, cancellation and weather terms are agreed in writing before confirmation.
